Extras/Add-ons

Extra costs will apply if your commission has:

• A detailed/complex design or outfit.
• Props, such as weapons, bags, instruments, ect.
• A deadline that it must be finished by.
• More than one character. (I will give an estimate depending on if it's another person, a companion animal, ect.)
• A detailed background.
• A major revision after it is already completed. (I will do a couple small edits for free after completion if necessary. For example, I missed a detail or some colors need to be adjusted.)

Complex Backgrounds - $120 USD - $300 USD
Simple Backgrounds - $10 USD - $50 USD
Transparent/Gradient - Free
Props (Weapons/Bags/Instruments/Etc) - $10 USD - $50 USD

General Terms Of Service

• I will only start working on a commission after I receive payment.
• I will send an initial sketch to you before finishing the drawing to ensure all the details are correct. (This is for all styles except for colored sketches)
• There are no refunds for finished artwork, no exceptions.
• If for some reason a commissioner needs to cancel an order or I am unable to finish the commission, they will be refunded based on how much of the commission has been completed. (So if I have not started yet, full refund. If I finished a sketch and the customer asked for a soft shading commission, they will be refunded for the amount I did not finish.)
• Commissioner may not resell the artwork/trace it/use it for adoptables.
• Commissioner is allowed to use the artwork for personal use, such as an icon or a phone/computer background.
• I will usually post the finished artwork on my DeviantArt, unless requested otherwise.
• Commissioner may repost the artwork on other sites only if I am properly credited and there is a link back to my DA account.
• Contact information for both the commissioner and the artist will not be shared with third parties.
• My signature my not be removed from the finished artwork.
• By paying for the invoice the commissioner has accepted these terms and conditions.
